Cydney's Cricut Creations
A blog to share my Cricut creations. I make cards and I use the Expression to cut vinyl resist for sandblasting. I etch the back of a glass plate with the sandblaster. I then stain the rough surface of the etched design with oil paints. Then I gild the plate back with copper leaf over the entire back including the design. I call them Gilded Etchings.

Gift Card Folder and Birthday Card for My Niece
This dark pink gift card holder and Happy Shopping was from Wild Card. The circle with slots was from Mini Monogram and the flower on the card was from Pagoda. The flower on the gift card holder is a pressed flower sticker. The Happy Birthday inside was rubber stamped. I thought it was bright and pretty for a young girl. She likes to craft so the gift card was for Michaels.

Welcome to my blog!
I am a Cricut addict! I have an Imagine and an Expression. I use my Expression to cut vinyl for sandblasting. I create "Gilded Etchings"by etching the design on the back of a glass plate, coloring it with oil paint and gilding with copper leaf. I also enjoy creating cards. I will be posting some photos as I take them of my creations so that I share them with you.
